Shipping Policy

We regard our customers with the highest degree of respect. We appreciate your interest in our greatest passion: the art of natural sciences. We believe that the art pieces listed in our gallery will more than satisfy the most discriminating collector. We also believe that our photographs and descriptions accurately portray and define these objects therefore we feel comfortable with the following terms and conditions.

All items are subject to prior sale.

Shipping & Handling: Our prices include shipping and handling charges, via FedEx, anywhere in the world. We package our creations in sturdy packing and we insure our shipments for our own account. Because all of our items are originals should anything untoward happen to them in transit they won’t be replaced, rather your money will be returned. We will usually be able to ship your purchase within 2 weeks of your order. Packing securely does take some time. We will keep you informed throughout this process. When we ship we will send you the tracking number/link so you can watch it for yourself.

Buyer Satisfaction: We guarantee that our items are accurately described. If you receive an item from us that is verified to be something other than described in substance we will accept the return of the item and we will give you the option of a refund of the full purchase price. Verification will consist of a written statement by your local certified gemologist or jeweler of good repute.

Purchase for Approval: We will also make provision, by prior arrangement and on a case-by-case basis, for a purchase for approval. You must request and we must confirm this arrangement by e-mail prior to ordering. In this case we will hold your payment in our account while you will have 3 days (72 hours) from the FedEx delivery date to notify us that you are returning the item. Upon return of the item in original condition we will refund the full purchase price minus the FedEx shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price.

Alternate Payment Methods: We are willing to accept alternate payment and delivery for examination arrangements for all items with a sales price over $7,500. You make the suggestion by e-mail we will respond. Any escrow charges will be for the account of the buyer.
